Honest and Hassle Free First let me say I hate car shopping and I don't have time to shop around at different dealerships for the best price so I was a little hesitant about First let me say I hate car shopping and I don't have time to shop around at different dealerships for the best price so I was a little hesitant about taking the drive to Charlie's in Augusta. Their advertised lease prices were very attractive but thought for sure it was the old bait and switch. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they had several options in the models we were looking at. Our sales rep, Andy, let us test drive the two models we were looking at and even offered to give us pricing on both models. He was very honest and upfront and willing to work with us. We also met with the sales manager, Sean, and the finance manager, Randy, who were both a pleasure to work with. I'm happy to say we drove home in a new car and were beyond pleased with the experience. We will definitely go back to Charlie's for our next car. More

Above and beyond I got exactly the vehicle I wanted no more no less. Nobody tried to sell me more than I wanted. They stayed past closing over 2 hours because I would I got exactly the vehicle I wanted no more no less. Nobody tried to sell me more than I wanted. They stayed past closing over 2 hours because I would not be able to come back for several weeks due to Scheduling conflicts . They were able to install fog lights within 3 days. Fog lights to me are a very necessary safety equipment and should be standard on all vehicles not just those with all the bells and whistles. I do not need all the extras but I did need the fog lights so they made sure I got them in a timely manner. I was greeted within minutes by an employee who was not a sales person. Everyone was friendly. More
