I want to send a thank you to Alan Kenney (Internet Sales) for the great service provided to me in the purchase of my 2019 Ridgeline, Every time I ema I want to send a thank you to Alan Kenney (Internet Sales) for the great service provided to me in the purchase of my 2019 Ridgeline, Every time I emailed, he was quick to respond to my needs with all information requested. Each step in the process went smoothly and everyone else I spoke with was always friendly and willing to answer all questions. When it came time to take delivery, the Ray Blanchard (Sales department) was very accommodating in my desire to avoid driving to Augusta and able to meet halfway. At delivery Harrison was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all features and options that the vehicle had, also able to setup our cellphones to the Bluetooth system. Working with all departments was a pleasure experience and your organization is highly recommended to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you! More

Everyone at Charlie's was patient and helpful in answering my numerous questions over a period of weeks - from Alan, who started the process by responding to my e-quote request, to Alex, who finished the paperwork. Pat, in sales, even answered a question that was raised from an interaction at another dealership! In giving me that information (about a Certified Honda), Pat risked losing a sale. His willingness in providing this answer impressed me and increased my interest in working with him. My purchase was made close to closing time on a Saturday. Once the paperwork was done and Pat finally had his turn to show me the features of the car, it was past closing time. Pat stayed late to finish this process. I did not feel that he was rushing at all to get done and out of there. You would have thought it was first thing in the morning, not closing time! Everyone was so professional. More
