Simply great customer service, and very nice people. Charlie’s Honda gave us the best pricing both for the new Honda Insight and on our trade. We had done a lot of preparation for this sale, so we were aware of pricing from other dealers, and in fact had walked away from one the day before because they hadn’t met our price on our trade. Charlie’s people were able to negotiate with us, and we reached an agreement. The paperwork was quickly completed and we now have a new Insight. Sallyann Cote, our salesperson, was both friendly and professional, and extremely well versed in all the technology. She also did a follow up call to us two days later to make sure we were happy with the sale, and to see if we had any questions. When we went to our town office to register the car, the clerk said how happy she is when the paperwork is so well prepared. Can’t find any negatives with this car buying experience. More

I wanted to trade in my 2008 Silverado and have been checking online and the newspapers for the past few month for a good used vehicle.. Finally decided on a Jeep and began narrowing my search. I spotted a really nice 2015 Jeep Cherokee at the Charlie's location in Winthrop, but didn't want to drive all the way there. I called the Augusta Jeep Dealership and spoke with Joe Farrow, with whom I had experience when my daughter bought her Kia. He arranged to have the vehicle at their location the next day. From the beginning, we were treated like "family". ..no pressure, courteous, answered our questions, etc. Joe, along with Josh Hall provided excellent service, as did your Finance Director Jay Wolfington. Our granddaughter is currently looking for a new car and we have naturally recommended her to Charlie's. More
