The service crew at Charlies Honda is superb! I bought my used accord in 2011 and was not very happy with the service management at that time. Josh Fendersons attitude,knowledge and general professionalism used accord in 2011 and was not very happy with the service management at that time. Josh Fendersons attitude,knowledge and general professionalism in the industry is a welcome relief when I walk through that door. I needed snow tires for my accord and Josh researched tires for the car and my winter driving ability. Within 48 hours the tires were purchased and on my car. Driving in todays snowstorm (on the back roads of Maine) was the ultimate test. The tires are perfect, the cost very reasonable and an overall pleasant experience.
