So when one of my family members was ready to buy a new car, we looked around and found Charlie's to have a really reasonable price and decided to go with them. However, before we had the chance to look at the car, the most unprofessional and appalling thing happened. Al Kenney decided to call my family member and personally attack them, belittle them, and falsely accuse them of something that is completely inaccurate and erroneous. It's extremely disheartening that any employee, especially a manager, would ever have the nerve to treat a customer like that. As a business owner, I would never tolerate my staff treating customers with such a lack of respect. More

I live in a fixed budget and they are helpful in assisting me with what needs to be done versus what I can hold off on without risking performance, safety or damage. Happy Pilot Owners Last Saturday we purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L Certified vehicle from Charlie's Honda. We were met by a young man, Riley, who treated us with the utmost respect and conducted himself professionally the entire time. We were pleased with his overall knowledge and ability to answer our questions, and most importantly, was willing to seek help if there was a question he couldn't answer on the spot - which wasn't often. Once he patiently let us tryout several vehicles, including dealing with my six year old son, he passed us off to Phil and Alex who treated us with the same patience, honesty and professionalism. They were able to meet our budgetary needs, get us into a vehicle that was the right fit for our family, and at no time did my wife or I feel pressured to buy; the same feeling I left with the first time we purchased our CR-V from them three years ago.
