I had an oil change and requested some pricing on some other items. My tire pressure sensors won't shut off and I was told I needed a part that was ~$700. Then I lost the keys to my roof rack. OR I could call another dealership and get both of these fixed for $500. Oh, and I had to pay a $15 diagnostic fee for the "test" on the sensors. The oil change on my 6 banger was ONLY $70 as well. This is not my first experience with this dealership but unfortunately it is the last. In this economy they seem to find the need to gouge the customer to make their numbers. Too bad. More

He brought me into his office and thoroughly explained everything they were going to do. He recommended an oil change as well. He came into the lounge to check on me while I was waiting and to let me know the remaining time on my car being finished. This was the best customer service I have ever had with getting my car serviced. More
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were very informative of the service taking place with my vehicle, and let me know what was happening every step of the way. As always, Kevin did a great job of managing our service work. Since we needed to wait for our car, he also provided recommendations of places my daughter and I could walk (we ended up walking to Phx Zoo) work. I've been dealing with Berge VW for about a year and I was not satisfied so I went to Chapman and am very satisfied with service dept. Justin makes me feel like a valued customer.
