The first person that approached us was Daniel, he was very courteuos and LISTENED to what our needs were. The next person we met with was Michael. He was determined to fit the car we had fallen in love with into our budget. He worked with us and re-priced using different terms, different incentives, different promotions, etc...finally we came to an agreed upon price. The final person we met with was Marcus. Marcus was extremely thorough and made sure we understood eveything. At this point is was well pasy closing time but he never once made us feel rushed. I was supposed to get a rear spoiler put on my car. No one from the service department could look at the spoiler and figure out what shop I need to be at before I get there?
