I have to pass by another dealer to get to Chapman VW which is far away from our home, but I read the reviews so Chapman got my business. We had another unexpected problem with our air conditioner a few days later and although the problem could not be identified at this time the tech who spoke with me was clearly knowledgeable about my van which was a first. The VW Routan is a newer vehicle which is why many are not familiar with it. Chapman VW is the type of dealer that VW would want representing them. I love the Routan and now that I have found a dealer who understands this vehicle I am even more satisfied with my VW! More

I was very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the waiting room, and the quality of the work. The only thing that was wasn't 100% satisfactory was the length of time I had to wa the cleanliness of the waiting room, and the quality of the work.
