Due to financing I was not able to purchase this vehicle but my salesman Kevin still let me take it for a test drive. He was amazing at helping me find a vehicle within budget that was great. This time I had the pleasure of working with Jim Dresher (sales Manager) and Courtney Bertsch at Chapman VW. Jim was able to put together a tricky deal that involved an existing Acura lease that had several months remaining. Courtney did my "signing". She was very organized and was able to confidently answer each of my questions. Courtney also got us through the "signing" quickly which I appreciate. In summation, this was a great car buying/leasing experience and I would have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone wanting a new VW. More

I bought 5 cars in the last 2 years and this was the best experience I had. Leslie was approachable, not pushy; she was knowledgable but didn't overburden me with technical details. I got the sense that she is working with me to get the best car for my needs and this is rather rare. What was even more pleasing is that she understood my financial needs and helped me to understand what would be possible under the circumstances. Overall this was a great experience and a 2nd time that I am purchasing a car from Chapman (the other was from Chapman Chevy - which was also a good buy and a good experience). In summary - well worth the try. More
