Again Alex and service team at Chapman Vw did an amazing job. I recently purchased a new atlas cross sport at another dealership I really wanted to buy it with Chapman as we have bought 4 vehicles from the job. I recently purchased a new atlas cross sport at another dealership I really wanted to buy it with Chapman as we have bought 4 vehicles from the Chapman group but a deal could not be done. One thing for sure is that was going to bring my vehicle Alex and the Vw service team because of how well and honest they are with me and the work they do is exemplary. I live 2 blocks behind another Vw dealership and I will not let them touch my Vehicle so I drive the 15+ miles to the Chapman Vw service center. More

Another great experience at Chapman VW Scottsdale. Easy access to the dealership and to getting an appointment. They are always responsive and quick to get me in for any service needed. Also appreciate the "Express Lane" for quick items like oil changes, wiper blades, etc. Great to just drive up and get things done.
