Routine maintenance such as LOF, tire rotation, warranty work etc. have always been serviced at Chrysler dealerships. I have found that Chapmans is probably one of the best for customer service and satisfaction, diagnostics and repair. I base this rating on multiple dealerships in several states across the USA. SERVICE REPAIR After having a terrible experience with one of the service advisors , I requested to switch over to a new advisor with the manager. My new service ad After having a terrible experience with one of the service advisors , I requested to switch over to a new advisor with the manager. My new service advisor was Jason Daniels! He was attentive on calling me and letting me know about my vehicle , very helpful , and overall had outstanding customer service. Walked out of chapman service angry once but thanks to Jason not twice. If you ever need service on you're vehicle I would highly recommend Jason Daniels to be you're service advisor! Also a thank you to the technician who worked on my Chrysler because it runs better then the first time! More
No work done after keeping my car all day. Worst dealership experience ever! This dealership is deceiving, first I was lied to in regards to what the trim of the car I was purchasing could come with. I wanted the V6, was told b This dealership is deceiving, first I was lied to in regards to what the trim of the car I was purchasing could come with. I wanted the V6, was told by the salesman no this trim does not come with a V6. After the purchase of the vehicle I find out yes in fact the Limited does come with a V6. Second issue: I purchased the car late in Saturday it was dark wasn't able to do a full walk through, the car sat in my garage all by its self until Monday. That night on Saturday notified two dents in the car one in the drivers door and another in the rear quarter panel above the wheel well which I know for a fact it was impossible they were caused while the car was in my possession. Next I popped the hood noticed the engine cover is missing, which it was their prior to my purchase of the car. I called first thing Monday they told me to bring the car in, took it in right after I got off work, immediately was accused that I caused the dents, they created a 'do bill' for the car for dents and engine cover. Said they would be in contact with me to set up a time. Two days go by I call them they tell me to come by the dealership, at that point I'm told "we can do the repairs for the dents only we don't recommend it as they don't do a good enough job it would be more noticeable" so first thing good job having faith in your body work team. So their lack of confidence in their own employees made me very hesitant, asked if their was some other compensation(i.e. Money taken off the car since it's damaged and came incomplete) was denied saying "they have no control over that" Second they said they had to order a engine cover. It's now March and I still have no engine cover. Everytime I call I get put in a hold pattern. When I finally get ahold of the sales manager Elenor, after talking to Chapman Henderson where they told they don't associate them selfs with this dealer because of situations like this. She then laughed at my requests, the. When I stated what do I have to do to get you to make this situation right, do I have legal options. At that point she shut down saying I can no longer speak to you in person, text or on the phone. What kind of a business does this?! I work for the second largest hotel in the world and customer service is our speciality. This experience was the worst by far I have ever had to deal with. Long story short still waiting for a response from anyone to remedy this horrible situation. More
Calling "Metro" on me Bought an used car with them, they said "youre approved" you dont even need a trade-in, signed papers, insurance, bla bla bla, i had nobody to drive t Bought an used car with them, they said "youre approved" you dont even need a trade-in, signed papers, insurance, bla bla bla, i had nobody to drive the car home so i said i was gonna be there next day, next day when im there they said they needed some more bank statements, i go back home got the bank statements end email them, next day they called me, "your car is ready, youre 100% approved, come get your car"... i told the sales guy, are you sure? i dont wanna go there and you tell me some other stuff, he said no, youre good to go... ok cool, that was Nov 20th, now Jan 26, 2 months later, theyre saying i was not approved, they left a voicemail with an attitude "you have MY car, if you dont return it to me, next step in calling Metro on you" (hang up).... WHAT KIND OF SERVICE FROM A KNOWN DEALERSHIP IS THAT.???? if i wasnt approved 2 months later, they did a big mistake.... NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE A BIG JOKE.!!!! More

Purchased New Jeep Grand Cherokee from Josh All and all its a typical high pressure sales pitch and they don't want you to leave until you sign on the dotted line. I feel good with the purchase I made but felt like the ball was dropped when I called and left several voice mail messages for Lisa who never returned my calls. Then when I came in to the dealership to talk to her about the financing she had another employee in her office eating lunch and she brushed me off on Roco. The whole reason I waited to talk to my origanol F&I rep was to make her stick to the deal she promised me if I put down $5,000.00 needless to say I did not get the 0% financing like she promised as she never even took the initiative to talk to me would rather watch another girl eat her lunch. So So experience!! Joash was very good to deal with, he was prompt on getting me the information I needed and spent time showing me different vehicle's. I test drove several before purchasing one I did not have in mind. I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee.... More
no, dont fall for there tricks Thought I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Signed the papers, agreed to everything and drove away for 4 days. Get a call to come in and sign paperwork and they hijacked me. Wouldn't let me leave with the vehicle I had purchased. They boxed me in with cars so i couldn't leave. There ultimatum, give them 4000 for down payment or get a co signer and then and only then could I drive off the lot with the vehicle they had said was mine, that I had signed on the dotted line as mine. They on all levels failed me as the customer. The salesman, the internet manager the finance person and the finance director. They all screwed me left me out hanging and treated me like I was the criminal. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. The only thing they did offer me was a ride home, what a joke of dealership! If you want bait and switch then go here they have mastered that ! More
Never even go here. I bought a vehicle from this godforsaken place two weeks ago. The deal I made was that they would pay for the taxes and the tags. Two weeks later they have no idea what the xxxx I am talking about. So I had to pay $632.02 more that I was expecting to pay. But that is not the worst thing in the world. I can deal with that even though it makes me angry. Here comes the worst part. I spent over $3,000 on a lifetime warranty. Lifetime warranty? I know. I never heard of it either, but i asked over and over again if this was really true and I waqs assured that , "Yes indeed! This is really true!" And then today I get a notice in the mail that I am covered until the first 120,000 miles. These lying and conniving car dealers should be shunned by anyone with any sense and go out of business. More
