Vacation We were on just starting our vacation from Utah on our way to the Vegas airport when we got an error code on our truck which stated "see dealer, 5mph We were on just starting our vacation from Utah on our way to the Vegas airport when we got an error code on our truck which stated "see dealer, 5mph max speed in 150 miles". I searched for Ram dealers in Las Vegas and found the Chapman dealership. I called and they were able to get my truck in and shuttled 6 of us to the airport. Andrew called the next day to let me know what they had found with my truck and asked how I wanted to proceed which I really appreciated. I had a friend pick my truck up since we were returning on Sunday and everything went smooth. Andrew has contacted me 3 times since to make sure everything went well. More

Disrespectful "managers" Me and my husband bought a nice 2017 Dodge Journey where we were told it had all the updated features including Bluetooth. After we left the dealershi Me and my husband bought a nice 2017 Dodge Journey where we were told it had all the updated features including Bluetooth. After we left the dealership we realized we forgot to have the dealer set it up for us. The salesman Frank was very nice and helpful and asked us to bring it back so he could show us how to do it. Once we got there he told us that it actually didn't have it included. It was very disappointing knowing they sold us that car while promising features that weren't included. When I spoke with the "manager" Giuseppe he offered me a $200 gift card for the mix up. $200 means nothing to me when I'm paying thousands of dollars for a car we thought was perfect for us. When I continued to push for further assistance the "manager" began yelling at me saying that I was "questioning his character and he didn't need my business anyways". He did not take any ownership of what had happened and did very little to try to resolve the issue, in fact only making it extremely worse. No person, let alone manager should speak to anyone the way that man spoke to me. We had a 20 minute phone conversation that went absolutely no where. If you want to be yelled at, disrespected and lied to, definitely purchase a car from Giuseppe. More

Terrible customer service As a retired Chrysler employee I try to stay brand loyal... Not any more, after 4 months of waiting on a part to get there to fix my car, and 5 or 6 trips to the dealership... do you think they would even offer an oil change for all the time and miles i put on the car? xxxx No.... The corporate case worker called me on a Monday morning to let me know my part was there and I would be hearing from the dealership shortly... Monday passes, Tuesday passes, Wednesday comes and I figured I would wait until 3:30 p.m. before calling.... If I would not have called them My car would still no be fixed... to get a warranty issue resolved I HAD TO CALL and make a case with corporate.... if it was up to this dealership they would not fix it at all.... the worst service I have ever had... PERIOD... save yourself the headaches... shop elsewhere More
