POOR REPAIRS!!! On October 13, 2017 I took My Chrysler PT Cruiser into Chapman Chrysler because the Engine Light was staying on and I could not drive faster than 30MP On October 13, 2017 I took My Chrysler PT Cruiser into Chapman Chrysler because the Engine Light was staying on and I could not drive faster than 30MPH. If I did My car would run hot. After My Chrysler was diagnosed I was told by the Service Advisor, Andrew Tuccio, that I needed $Thousands of Dollars worth of work done to get My car in complete tip-top condition. I took a Self-Educated “Leap of FAITH” and had all the work done because I have Very, Very Important things to do and Dependable Transportation is necessary. So I Invested My Sweet Money. Who better to fix My Chrysler, and give Me driving “Peace Of Mind” than a Chrysler Dealership, right??? Wrong!!! When Andrew Tuccio said they had repaired My Chrysler on October 26, 2017, I took My car for a Test Drive and was satisfied. I Invested My Money with Chapman-Dodge-Chrysler and left. They had My Chrysler for 13 days. The time of repair had to be extended because a bad MOPAR Powertrain Control Module (PCM) was installed and had to be removed and another ordered and put in. On October 28, 2017, TWO DAYS LATER, I had My Chrysler PT Cruiser TOWED back to Chapman-Dodge-Chrysler because ANOTHER bad MOPAR Powertrain Control Module (PCM) was installed in My car by Chapman-Dodge-Chrysler and was not detected at the time of installation. On October 31, 2017, I was again told by Andrew Tuccio that My Chrysler was repaired and I took My car on a Test Drive and accepted My Chrysler from Chapman-Dodge-Chrysler that day, on October 31, 2017. On November 10, 2017, TEN DAYS LATER, My Chrysler’s ENGINE LIGHT came back on!!! Remember, the ENGINE LIGHT was the reason I took My Chrysler to Chapman-Chrysler-Dodge on October 13, 2017, in the FIRST PLACE. I took My car BACK to Chapman Dodge-Chrysler again on Saturday, November 11, 2017. My car is at that Dealership as I write this to you. I AM being taken advantage of. They have My Money. I have nothing. In the legal world that is called being “scammed” or “robbed.” Being a Black Skinned Man does not make Me a fool. I AM angry but not emotional. An emotional mind is not rational and cannot think strategically. It is Chapman Dodge-Chrysler who is not rational and IS obviously Incompetent and their repair work cannot to be trusted. Thank God I was not on the Freeway on a trip to California, Utah, etc. this Veteran’s Day weekend which has been spoiled. Isaiah 41:10 “Fear Not; for I AM with you: be not dismayed; for I AM your God: I will Strengthen you; yea, I will Help you; yea, I will Uphold you with the Right Hand of My Righteousness [Christ].” To Be Continued. Hands down - the best experience I have ever had buying. I was introduced to Chapman through Mike Strahan, Ambassador at the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. When Mike heard I needed a car, he quickly got me I was introduced to Chapman through Mike Strahan, Ambassador at the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. When Mike heard I needed a car, he quickly got me to Frank Madera and we had a 15 minute conversation. I told him what I was looking for, what kind of payment I wanted, and what I hated about my current car. He called me in 2 days and said "I have the perfect car." Since I was going out of town the next day and had no time, he brought the car to my house for a test drive! I took a quick drive and, it was indeed, my perfect car. With terms exactly as we had discussed, he then held the car for me while I was out of town. I popped into his office the day I came back, signed a few docs, left him my car and drove away in my new car. No fuss, no haggling, no hard sell. In fact, I now feel like I have a new friend! Thank you Frank, Don and Mike! You guys are awesome. More

Excellent service We were traveling through Las Vegas, truck quit us, towed to nearest Dealership, which happened to be Chapman, it was almost closing time, they got u We were traveling through Las Vegas, truck quit us, towed to nearest Dealership, which happened to be Chapman, it was almost closing time, they got us a rental, (we paid, they made the arrangement), said they would call us in the am, they did, confirmed what we thought was wrong, ( a h2o pump and belt), we asked to be out of the dealership by noon, they had our truck done by 10am. Dominique was our contact at the service department, talked fast, but went over and beyond our expectations! Very good experience!! Thank you Chapman Service department!!! More

This is the first time we have been able to afford a new vehicle since we first got together more than 27 years ago. It is also the first time in getting a new for me since I received my inheritance in 1965. To say that this was an incredible experience would be a understatement at the least. The salesman and finance departments went out of their made to make sure this was as easy and is to go through as possible. A Very Well Done to all who worked on this for us.
