Mr. Nimrod, I'm just reading your review on a Sunday afternoon and I'm very sorry we are encountering any difficulties at all with your vehicle's repair. I can assure you this is not intentional & while we are far from infallible, I'd be surprised if it is a reflection of incompetence or an attempt to scam you. The technician who repaired your car, Tom Engelke, is a top rated tech with 30+ years of experience. We have not built our reputation and earned the high scores from our clients by performing poor quality work. We are human & therefore far from perfect, but our motivation is to do high quality work for each of customers. We have had some challenges with the recent group of PCMs we are getting from Chrysler. I don't know if they've changed providers or if it is another issue. We will bench test the part & road test the vehicle after installation to insure that we are OK. It's very upsetting when an issue still shows up later. Ultimately it is embarrassing for us & frustrating for you. I humbly apologize for that. I notice you have been using our service department for various repairs since 2013. I have to assume that you have had good experiences in the past or you would probably not have continued to return. Please withhold judgment until we have had an opportunity to correct this recent issue. My records indicate that we have provided you with a vehicle, and are working to get your PT repaired and back to you ASAP. I appreciate your patience & understanding. Please let me know if you need any additional assistance from Andrew, our Service Manager, Mike Nicosia or myself.
