Stephanie K. I’m very sorry to hear about your experience. I’d like to get a little clarification as to what happened, for this is completely inconsistent with our policies. I show your last visit to our shop in May '17, some 10 months ago, is this correct? This was one of only 2 times we’ve worked on the Jeep since your purchase. Both were for oil changes, maintenance services & tire rotations, according to our records. You’re correct, we have nothing on either of those 2 repair orders indicating you had any concerns about the TPMS light. Our service manager, Shane, does not recall speaking to anyone recently with a similar concern, so if you could please provide us with whom you spoke with, that would be very helpful! We too are curious to see how the tire came to be repaired. We show no record of it having been repaired while in our possession & we track everything that we do to a vehicle, as that is a requirement in our policies. TPMS lights can sometimes be “sensitive”, but we will always investigate because they do fail on occasion, as well. Lastly, we are fans of Big O, too! We refer to them for tire specific needs & they do a great job for us & our clients. I’ll leave you my email & direct line if you can contact me or I’ll be happy to call as well.
