Our recent experience at Chapman Dodge We recently purchased a 2019 Ram at Chapman. We went there because they had good reviews, but we don't recommend this dealership. At first we believed he was being honest and that he was giving us the best deal, but we were wrong. Omar included optional items in the purchase price and did not give us the best price as advertised on their web site. Omar was deceitful as a salesman, and so was the finance person, Christina Lombardo. Christina and Omar were not on the same page. She changed the amount for the trade in and just tried to cheat us all throughout this sale and was seemingly angry we questioned her. You almost have to bring a lawyer to this dealership. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Very disappointed. More
