RUDE, LIAR, LAZY, NO INTEGRITY. I came by last Saturday Feb/22/2020 for a oil change, tire rotation and for my recall for my 2015 Dodge Challenger. He told me he could only do the oil change and tire rotat Feb/22/2020 for a oil change, tire rotation and for my recall for my 2015 Dodge Challenger. He told me he could only do the oil change and tire rotation due to he still needs to order the parts for the recall and he will call me once the part came in and will reserve me a lender while they are working in my car. So I follow up today Feb/28/2020, Called around 0730 but he didn’t answer the phone so I left a message but he didn’t call me back, so I called back again around 0900 to follow up. Once I talked to him I asked for an update regarding the parts he supposed to order for my recall but he said that he didn’t do it because I supposed to set a schedule first before he order the parts. He that was the situation I was already there last Saturday and why He didn’t set me up for an schedule and order my part also I told him that was not he told me, he said he will order the parts first then will call me if the parts came in and he will set me up for schedule. Bottom line this guy Mr. Josef Helphinstine didn’t do his job, He is a liar, he could have told me he forgot or didn’t get a chance to order the parts but he rather argue with me and no Integrity. I have been your customer since 2015 and I have no issue with your employees till today. I hope this guy get a counseling, a write up or a warning, because he is not a good service advisor. I been in the U.S. Navy for 20 years now I’m retired. If this happened to the military he could already get disciplined, write up or a counseling. More
