Please don't deal with this company unless you have no other choice the advertised price on an item is supposed to be the price and dealer add-ons are supposed to be optional not mandatory. Please use caution with this company. Also I have the email correspondence to prove my statements and can provide on request More
Today is the fifth time, no exaggeration, FIFTH time I had to tell Jovan I am not interested in buying a car from this dealership. I have received multiple emails daily and today's phone call was it. I purchased my 2021 Ram 2500 from sales person Bobby Guerrero and Sales Manager (whom i never dealt with) Bob Lee. "JT" the gentleman who was from my understanding the sales manager or finance approver guy. The experience self was not the problem, it was actually easy and straightforward. The problem is all because of a false sense of honesty when negotiating a deal. When the deal got to the part of a matter of $68* dollar difference on a pay off...(OMG) and it gets to the "lets split it" part, i agreed to split it to finalize the deal as long as they provided "ALL WEATHER MATS". "JT", the sales manager was the person i was negotiating with on the first desk on the left as soon as you enter the main building. He agreed, shook my hand and walked off to secure the deal. When i was invited into the signing room with Kassandra "Kassi" i noticed that they did NOT include the ALL WEATHER MATS. I asked Kassi about it and she had called someone (i am assuming on JT, sales manager) and asked about the floor mats. She hung up and said "They are grabbing it from the Dodge truck side and putting them in there for ya" so i signed away on the deal with no written verbiage. The truck could not be washed so my best friend and i left the dealership at 10:38pm on 2/3/2021 with a chrysler 300 from used sales with a giant sticker on the windshield that said $24377 Manager's Special! only because they could not detail the truck that night. I texted "JT" sales manager the next day 2/4 @9:06am asking if my truck was ready and clearly asking for my all weather mats (since they didn't want to put it in writing) and response from "JT" was "Hey brother my detail people got in at 9 I just took it back there getting detailed now" I am under the impression all went well! I show up at 10:03am and my new truck was sitting waiting for me. Opening the truck there were no matts...When walking in and asking for my keys "JT" came out, greeted me, thanked me and handed over my keys. When i asked him about the mats, he replied "I didn't have any in stock but i will mail them out when i get them in" I said ok, and drove off in my new truck. I texted JT @ 4:13 the next day 2/5 and asked for a update on the mats. Thats when all red flags started, He said he cant order them and had to "pull them off" another truck?!, then i asked if I can buy them from another dealer and send him the bill. his response was he can't put it in the deal because it makes it a "big looser" (not my spelling, just quoting" also i had left my brand new headrest cushions in my Tesla Model 3 that i traded in and that was a entirely other problem. Days went by so did weeks and on then the BS came, after asking a number of times and getting the "ill get back to you crap", JT replied to my request on 2/20 @ 2:54pm with "Bobby was telling me that we promised it I was gona get one out of another truck as a favor I'm waiting to locate one" Thats when the shady car dealership started to sound like a crooked dealership. I never made a deal with Bobby, never! It was all agreed with JT and then he pulls this cheapskate BS on me. Horrible business! I tried to refresh his memory so he does not loose a faithful Dodge customer buying his 4th Brand new Dodge vehicle and investing close to $300,000 in the brand! But nonetheless it has not worked. I really don't care about the floor mats I don't like is crooked business with dealerships and people like the ones I've worked with. I'm so exhausted from trying to receive my matts and being led on by dishonest people but I am writing this only for documentation purposes. If you're buying from this dealership please ensure they put it in writing do not believe anything they say. Nothing that we agreed on was in writing it almost felt like they did whatever they wanted in the conversation was more for entertainment. I will never do business with Dodge again because of this dealership experience because of this dealership experience. More
WE GOT A CAR FOR DOUBLE ABOUT AFTER FINACING WHEN WE STRICTLY DICUSS A LIMIT , THERE WAS MORE MONEY TAKING OUT OF THE DEBIT CARD FOR DOWN PAYMENT WITH NO AUTHORIZETION TO DO SO , TOOK DOWNPAYMENT FIRST STRICTLY DICUSS A LIMIT , THERE WAS MORE MONEY TAKING OUT OF THE DEBIT CARD FOR DOWN PAYMENT WITH NO AUTHORIZETION TO DO SO , TOOK DOWNPAYMENT FIRST FEELING PRESSURE AND RUSHED THEN SIGN PAPER WORK AFTER IT WAS TOO LATE, PROMISED AMMENTIES WHICH WERE NOT MENTION IN PAPERWORK EVERYTHING WAS DONE SO "MISREPRESENTED " VERY BADLY AND UNTRUTHFUL OR EXCUSES FOR EVERYTHING. I WENT BACK EVERYDAY FOR 5 DAYS TRYING TO GET EVERYTHING STRAIGHTEN OUT OR TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK THAT $500 WAS TAKEN BUT KEPT TELLING ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW TOMORROW TOMORROW AND EACH I HAD TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO WERE NEVER THERE , EVEN THE SALES MANAGER WHO SET APPOINTMENT WITH US ON HIS DAY OFF AND SAID HE FORGOT IT WAS HIS DAY OFF ?? LOL THEN SENT ME TO DICUSS THE ISSUES WWITH THIER SO CALLED MANAGER cHRIS mONTANA THE MOST DISREPECT, RUDE TEXTING ONHIS PHONE AT THE SAME TIME AND TALKING TO ALL THE OTHER EMOLYEES AS IM TRYING TO SPEAK ABOUT NON RELATED WORK ISSUES. GOING TO FAST HE GOT ME DIZY BUT MOSTLY SO ANGRY I ALMOST BLEW UP AT HIM , I SEE OTHER CUSTOMERS DEALT WITH HIM TOO I DONT KNOW WHY HES EVEN THERE AND A MANAGER ?? REALLY BAD FOR BUSSINESS ESPCIALLY WHEN ITS ALREADY GOING BAD BUT I DO THINK CHRISTIAN OUR SALES PERSON WAS FRIENDLY AND HIS MANAGER JT BUT AFTER THE MONEY WAS THERE WE HAD NO MORE SAY IN ANYTHING . Halfway through my road trip back home, my Jeep had an issue. I wasn't sure which Jeep service location so I just really picked the nearest to me which was Chapman. I am glad I did! Got my Jeep towed there and I followed minutes later by ride service (since I couldn't ride with the tow guy due to covid). While I was heading to Chapman, I got a courtesy call from Andrew T telling me my Jeep is there and to talk to him when I get there. Andrew was very professional. He put me in queue in the system. He kind of gave me an initial insight on what he thought the issue was and mentioned that my warranty should cover it. I was already kind of freaking out (inside), but I think his pre-assessment, if you will, put me at ease. He asked if I needed a loaner car, which I did. Getting the loaner car was a breeze. Despite the unpleasant interruption of my road trip back home, the transaction itself with Andrew and the Chapman crew was just pleasant. The next day, before noon, Andrew called me and said my Jeep was ready. Thank you immensely for such great professionalism and service. I wish Chapman Jeep was local to me. I recommend Chapman Las Vegas Jeep highly. Thank you so much! More
