I was a little frustrated with my car situations since I only bought it 6 months ago from centennial toyota and it already had a major problem that my warranty they sold me didn't cover. I was incredibly short throughout the whole situation, but Tony helped me out and never got a negative attitude with me. He helped my out with my problems and took care of them quickly even though they were busy and he had prior engagements. I would have loved for my car to be completed same day, but it guess 2 days was reasonable for not having an appointment. Overall I am happy with my service and Tony did a great job. He took care of everything basically over the phone with me an I still haven't even met him. More
I called to make appointment and delivered the car the evening before, the next morning I get a call from Anthony stating that they are busy and wont look at the car until the end of the day but he will n evening before, the next morning I get a call from Anthony stating that they are busy and wont look at the car until the end of the day but he will need authorization for 102.00 to look at it, I asked why did the receptionist make the appointment if you where too busy to look at the car, he stated he didnt know. At the end of the day I still had not heard anything, so I called. Anthony stated that they had not looked at the car and it would have to wait until tomorrow. The next day I had to call him again and he had no news and told me to call back, which I did at that time he gave me rediculous pricing for items that in my opinion are safety concerns that Chrysler should deal with (horn and signals not working, air bag light coming on). At that point I decided to just pay the 102.00 and pick the car up and take to another dealership. I have purchased a car befor from Chapman and the service department was recommended to me. I will NOT be back. More
I have been going to Chapman since I moved here in 2009 from Palm Springs, CA. I am very happy with the service department and especialy Tony Santo. He is always professional and friendly. When I first arrived at the service Anthony Flores came out to greet my Dad and myself. He was very friendly and helpful took good care of me and got my car in and it was done within the time limit he had out to greet my Dad and myself. On a previous visit, I brought to the attention of the manager the fact that when I bought the vehicle, there was only one (1) set of keys. This fact was not known to me until 3 months later when I needed manager the fact that when I bought the vehicle, there was only one (1) set of keys. This fact was not known to me until 3 months later when I needed to give the spare set of keys to my daughter so that she could drive the car. All the papers were searched, the glove compartment, and the pouch with the vehicle maintenance guide. There was no extra set of keys, and no proof that I had received two sets. The evening I bought the vehicle was cold, windy, and at the closing hours. Needless to say, the inventory did not come to my mind, all I needed was to go home with the new vehicle. After extensive talks with the manager, and because of the fact that it had been 3 months since I bought the car, he finally agreed to let me have an extra set made and coded for the amount of $99.00 plus taxes. Though expensive to me, I realized that it was all the manager could do, and gladly agreed. I was thinking of taking the matter to higher level, but the manager's skills and kindness resolved this impasse without the need to contact higher levels of management Germain Salazar Velez More

I came in there due to needing a fluid reservoir replaced on my 2000 durango. The last time I was here I received excellent service. This time there was a oversight. Seeing that I was there for radiator work, it just seems like SOMEONE should have checked the fluid level in the radiator. My car overheated the next day, and had to add coolant. So the work was done, at a great price i might add (125 less than where i first went) but seems like some checking didn't happen. More
