Long experience, not all the details were as I thought The process from the time I walked in until I left took over 5 hours... I was tired and by the time the papers were signed I just wanted to go home. B The process from the time I walked in until I left took over 5 hours... I was tired and by the time the papers were signed I just wanted to go home. But due to my tiredness, there were a few tiny details that should have been noticed before leaving... However, my salesman (Jon) is by far the sweetest gentleman in the industry that I know of! Overall, time management between departments need a little improving (from time of selection to financing). Despite this, my sales person was polite and clear about pricing - giving me a fair trade and making sure I was happy with it. So that's what I appreciated from the whole experience. I would recommend my friends to Jon for as long as he's in the industry. More
