Three RIng Circus I found a car that I wanted to purchase a Used Elantra GT. He then sent me a Finance form to fill out so they could look at my credit report so we he can begin to find financing. I filled out the finance form and sent it back. The DEALERSHIP pulled my credit report and then the next day I get a phone call that they sold my car!!! ? I was in the middle of financing!!! I was mad as xxxx and explained they had no right to pull my credit report on a car that was sold!!! I spoke with the Manager and he agreed it was ILLEGAL what they had done. I will be in contact with the GM of the dealership. More

My husband and i purchased a new 2020 Hyundai Palisade here today and our salesman Eli was awesome to work with. I took a gamble to bypass other Hyundai dealerships and drive 90 minutes to Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to buy a 2020 Elentra SEL. I am glad I did. The path started with Robby, a very genuine and friendly guy over the phone. He was the one to convince me to make the trip. Robby stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process, even as he had to pass the torch to Tyler. Robby reached out even at the end and we had a great conversation over text. Tyler here also gets many, many, kuddos. When a miscommunication happened during the final pricing stage, he was cool, stayed positive, and between him and the sales manager Andres, we got the price I was anticipating. Tyler was amazing the rest of the way. He was very knowledgable in setting up the car. He is new to the scene, but he’s going to be super at this job. Keep him, Chapman! Major xxxxxxto Andres for working to get the deal I was coming in for. He ultimately didn’t have to do it, but he made it happen. Andres also was very friendly and professional. Lastly, Dakota, one of the finance managers, made the money and signing quick and smooth. Major points for his outfit as well. He dressed to impress. We got the paperwork with ease, and didn’t keep me any longer like other car finance people would do in other places (I’ve been a part of car buying several times now) in buying all this third-party extra stuff.
