I stopped into the dealership shortly after where I was greeted by Donald, whom happened to be working with someone, but he mentioned that John would be taking care of me. John was well informed of all of my details from Donald. John was concise, informative, and very helpful. John stepped in to check on how I was doing along the way. It also was one of the shortest Dealership experiences I have had. Normally you're there from the time that they open until the time that they close, but I felt like I was in and out in just a few hours. Both times we came to an agreement on the price and I did not feel like I was coming away paying more than I had wanted to pay. This is a great way to buy a car, and this is a great dealership, from the salesman Steve to Eric to the finance man. This was an experience that was as painless as a new car buying experience can be, and it was this way 4 years ago when I went through Costco and was referred to this dealership.
