I brought my wife's 2013 Sonata in for routine maintenance and resolution of a few recalls. My service advisor Gary Peterson was the personification of what customer service should be! He was prompt, courteous, attentive and helpful in every way. When Gary learned that the warranty work would take longer than expected, he informed me immediately and helped with arrangements for transportation in the interim. He is a shining example of what customer service should be, and left a wonderful first impression on me! I never met the service tech Jari Heikkila, but the work was completed efficiently, and our vehicle returned at the time promised without additional delay. The owner of this dealership and Hyundai Motor Corporation should be proud of this team! Five Stars in my book! More
