Ross was extremely friendly and very knowledgable. The work was finished in a timely manner. The waiting lounge was clean and the coffee (free) was very good. went to a diff hyundai dealer in town but sat in the svc lane for five minutes with no attention paid. finally got out and tracked down a svc person. they were unfriendly and had a fee that was more than 2x lane for five minutes with no attention paid. finally got out and tracked down a svc person. they were unfriendly and had a fee that was more than 2x the charge i paid at chapman hyundai (for the same service). i said "no thanks" and went to chapman. upon entering the svc lane, ross jumped out of the booth and immediately began assisting me with my needs and was friendly throughout the entire process. he ushered me to the waiting area and came and got me when the svc was complete. as a bonus, they washed my van at no charge. i typically dread going to dealerships for anything but my positive experience at chapman hyundai made a big impression and i will def. give them preference for any future needs i have with my van. Mr. McDermott gave me an excellent price for the Timing Belt replacement and Mr. Joe Mcanally, the Service Advisor gave me excellent service from start to finish to have the job done, which included a rental car arrangement since it took several hours to do it.
