We were duped. We were distracted but did sign the paperwork. Items to be included per our agreement with the salesman, Jason, weren't. I had an appointment with Jason at 1:00 Monday. I was sitting at Jason's desk when I learned we were duped and started crying (nose and eyes were running). I composed myself, left the building and sat in the car. I saw Jason come outside and went to talk to him. We were approached by 6 foot plus salesman, Alex, who said I was disturbing the customers and if I did not leave they were calling the police. I said take your car back then and Alex said it's yours now. Not one other customer was there. I sat in my car and waited 35 minutes, no police came. I expected some type of apology and when no one contacted me I called the dealership on Thursday and spoke with Sales Manager Frankie Reese. He said this was the first he had heard of the incident. Later, he said that I had acted erratic and was running to customers and telling them not to buy Hyundai. I asked if he looked at the video because that was a lie. He said he contacted the 3 people involved and they all said the same thing. Grace's father died of prostate cancer. Grace felt she was talking to an inmate with Dean's life story. Found it! We purchased the 2015 Veloster Turbo in the Matte and we weren't even looking for a Hyundai. The gas mileage has been great. I am very surprised that there is nothing connecting you to the 'Turbo', no boost gauge or anything to help protect the turbo AND the engine. More

He was also very patient as we took numerous vehicles for a test drive before deciding on the Sonata. The General Manager and the Finance team (J.P.) were great! We really appreciated that there were no silly games and that everybody told us exactly what they could do and then....they actually did it! We have purchased at this dealership in the past, but after our 2011 purchase we were sure we wouldn't return. We are so happy we decided to stop by. The 2015 staff are great and have found the formula to keep customers coming back and recommending the dealership to others. We have had all of our vehicles serviced here. The service department at Chapman is top notch also. More
