Amazing service from world class people I submitted an inquiry to Chapman Hyundai to possibly help my situation. Before contacting Mike I visited another dealership (Camelback Hyundai) and k I submitted an inquiry to Chapman Hyundai to possibly help my situation. Before contacting Mike I visited another dealership (Camelback Hyundai) and knowing my situation I knew it was a long shot. Camelback Hyundai did their speal of oh yea we can make a car deal and I trusted them. Long story short drove 20 minutes sat for almost 5 hours and with nothing. They also promised gas in return for me coming but didn't do that either. This is not the case with Chapman Hyundai, Mike is a world class individual and was actually truthful with me and said with your current situation and with what you want we won't be able to do what you want. He saved me gas and time and if I ever want to purchase a Hyundai in the future I will definitely go to him and his people. More

Was what I suspected. Bad. The sales guy was nice and he wasn't very pushy. The finance part of the deal is always the part that I hate. I was guaranteed a certain interest rate and reduced GAP insurance but when it came to contract time, the interest rate went up and so did the GAP insurance. HATE DEALERSHIPS AND THIS ONE IS NO DIFFERENT. More
