Nick explained my options and helped me understand each choice. He phoned me several times after my purchase to check if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle. Rafael assisted me with the new to me operations in the vehicle, making sure I understood how to use the features and made me feel comfortable with the vehicle. When my tabs came in for my plate, they made sure it was taken care of and my plate was put on my car in the 110 degree heat. Extreme professionalism and vast knowledge of each vehicle assisted me in making my decision to purchase at this dealership.
