Rafael Felix My sales person was Rafael Felix. This is the second Santa Fe purchased with his assistance. If it wasn't for Rafael I would not buy my cars at Chap My sales person was Rafael Felix. This is the second Santa Fe purchased with his assistance. If it wasn't for Rafael I would not buy my cars at Chapman Hyundai. He is not pushy. He listens to my needs and goes out of his way to meet as many of my "wish list" wants and needs as possible. Little things such as paring my phone, taking the plastic wrap off of components, installing my license plate that would take me time come as almost second nature to him. In my opinion, he is the SALESMAN of the YEAR!! As good as Rafael is, the Finance group is the exact opposite. After a signed contract, due to Johnny Rodriquez error, I was forced to accept a deal that is costing me more money. Also whether it was Johnny or JP, someone dropped the ball and I received a call from Hyundai Finance that I would be sent to Collections since I had not paid my monthly installment loan on the car that I traded in. Next time I decide to buy a car, I definitely will have to think twice if I want to work with a Finance group that should be rated a minus 10! More
