The moment I pulled up to the service area Laura Welch greeted me and made me feel like there was no one else there. From point to point, she gave me detailed information, managed my expectations, and even when I sent an email with a couple of concerns after the appointment, she called and calmly went through all of my concerns and addressed them. It is not always easy to handle new customers who are used to "a certain way" at their previous Hyundai dealership, but I have to say Laura won me over with her service and her interest in making sure I had an exceptional experience. We are definitely going to be using Chapman for all our Hyundai service needs! More
