I never felt once that he was trying to put me into a car that i couldn't afford. He listen to everything i had to say when it came to the car that i wanted. He tried everything to get me what i needed! This was the most easy process of getting a new car that i ever had! More
Inept and dishonest staff My experience was unbelievably poor. I'd purchased two previous vehicles from this dealership, this was the 3rd in under 5 years. The salesman gave fa My experience was unbelievably poor. I'd purchased two previous vehicles from this dealership, this was the 3rd in under 5 years. The salesman gave false information after being asked a direct question about a protection plan on trade in that I planned to cancel, effectively taking my $1000 without my permission. The deal took 16 and 18 days for 2 payoffs to take place, costing me money. I was lied to about when checks were sent. The GM acted like he cared, then made excuses for his staff (salesman not addressing the $1000 properly), using an analogy that if the salesman were smart he wouldn't be a salesman, he'd be in finance. They slammed me with a $228 theft protection package, with no advance discussion. I was lied to multiple times trying to rectify the situation re: payoffs, etc. Overall, without a doubt the worst car buying experience ever. I used to send people their way. NEVER again. More

I even sent a family member to go talk to him. Pleasant experience More
