Excellent service When I first visited the Hyundai dealership Keith was the first salesperson I had talked to that day, I mentioned a Hyundai Sonata I had seen online. When I first visited the Hyundai dealership Keith was the first salesperson I had talked to that day, I mentioned a Hyundai Sonata I had seen online. I have NEVER met a salesperson so patient and kind (and I have been shopping for a car for about 7 months now). I mentioned the car online and he brought it right out for me. I told him I didn't like the interior color so without hesitation he brought out a silver sonata with gray interior. I then mentioned I didn't like the silver exterior on the car. Again with no hesitation he brought out a Hyundai Elantra but I wasn't really into that one either. Not once did Keith seem impatient or stressed due to the fact I was being so picky. He never even mentioned any numbers. He was more worried about me and making sure I was satisfied with the car I was planning to buy, and thats what I liked about him. I didn't buy anything that day but let me tell you, Keith was the reason I had to go back. I show up the next day after work and I was helped by another salesperson named Rafael. He pulled out the car I was looking at the day before and I decided I wanted to buy it. Rafael continued to be great to me. He got me the price I wanted with no hassle. He explained everything to me in detail, and answered all my questions. He also explained EVERY single feature that was in the car. Other than all the paperwork I had to sign I did not feel stressed out one bit. I felt complete honesty from Rafael and he made me feel a lot more comfortable during the whole process. By the end of the day I felt like I had known him forever. Overall It was a great experience because of those two salesmen. More
