I got the deal I wanted, and needed to leave the dealership for a short while and the Chapman team (Scott and Johnny) held my deal a couple hours until I could return. Based on their location, they are a bit difficult to spot from the main roadway and easy to miss. The finance portion of the deal was "jet fast". George walked me through the entire process of reviewing legal docs and signatures in less than one hour. There were no real surprises to deviate from Scott's original quote, and no pressure to add additional options. The GM (George) and main sales manager (Johnny) were solid business men. They took time to explain different options based on cost, finance rate, and principal on vehicle, and allowed me to make final decisions. They simply presented the options. The Chapman team does a fine job of balancing business and meeting customer's need. My Kudos to Scott (from the cool state of NJ); George Tellez (great conversation on reflecting on the right deal), Johnny, and George Salman.
