I liked that he was down to earth and of course cant help but notice that Jersey accent. He assured us we were in good hands and was going to do everything he could to help us, but he also told us that he would be honest and let us know upfront what could be done before ever getting into a vehicle. I appreciated that so much. It was refreshing, usually sales men get you into a car they dont even know of you could afford in hopes you will love it enough to do everything possible to get into it. Needless to say, he delivered on ever promised and got us into a brand new 2018 Hyundai Elantra! We are eternally grateful for him and all the time he took with us to ensure everything went perfect. Good, pleasant On Sunday 11/26/17 I went to Chapman Hyundai for the purpose of finding a new car. My 2014 Hyundai was a total wreck on 10/26/17. I told Brandon and Scott what I was looking for in a new Hyundai Tucson and they worked together and found me a very nice car. I did purchase the car. They even returned my rental car to Enterprise for me so no one would have to bring me back to pick up my car. I was at the dealership for a long time but it was worth the time. The only think I would say was not so cool is how fast the finance people go through the paperwork. There needs to be more time spent explaining all of the costs. I spent a little more than I had planned to spend but I do feel I have a safe car. My accident on I-17 made me realize how important the safety features were. More
