Worst experience ever, after initial approval they gave me a car, week later they called me and said that there is a financing issue and that they need more money down and much higher payments. After I declined their proposal and returned car to them they wouldn't gave me my money down back, actually they deducted millage and cleaning fee. After calling day and day for my refund they decided just to ignore me. Horrible experience ever.... More

They put vehicles for sale that need repairs. I was told that the jeep I was looking at was able to be seen but not driven till that following Monday. Told the not a problem I am still interested I was told that the jeep I was looking at was able to be seen but not driven till that following Monday. Told the not a problem I am still interested I would be there Saturday to look. To my shock after driving 15 miles they sold the Jeep. I asked how it needed items and was not ready till Monday. No answers but saw the jeep and the new owner. Hope he knows about the problems and they were fixed. My deal was almost done but I was not worried about anything due to the info given. So expect lie and deceit from this company. They don’t back their word. More

I met Robert on 12-26-22 when I put down a deposit on the vehicle that had not been delivered yet. Robert had great communication throughout this process and he knew the product very well. I also worked with Jose Pelayo, finance manager, and my experience with him was nothing less than 5 star. On the day I picked up the vehicle I also met Brian Curci, sales manager, and Rita Welch, customer service manager, both whom were pleasant and customer oriented.
