Steve called me to tell me Chapman had received a new Elantra touring car which I was interested in. I did not think I was going to purchase the car that day, but did, and did not feel pressured in any Elantra touring car which I was interested in. Norm was great. I was totally comfortable. This was my first service so I kept waiting for a "hidden charge" and was totally surprised when nothing popped up. This was just such a positive experience for me..right down to the signing of the papers with Marcus. No one was pushy or any of the negative things I had experienced previously when buying a vehicle. You guys are the best, and it was such a fun day for me, purchasing my Elantra.
