Beware of this dealership. They either have inexperienced staff or are trying to scam innocent customers with unnecessary expenses. After spending 4 hours waiting at the dealer ship with no feedback from the service manager and being ignored she came back and told me that the radio needs to be replaced and the wheels and rim needs to be replaced as well with a cost price of $5500. Both are not covered under warranty. In trying to contact the owner or one of their general managers I was always referred back to the same lady who curtly told me to contact Hyundai if I need to take up further. She was not helpful at all. On taking it to a different place I was told that there was nothing wrong with the radio and the fuse needed to be replace. The vibration had nothing to do with the wheels. I am still in shock on how close they came to ripping me off and am still upset all the stress and sleepless nights they gave me the last 2 months. More
My wife and I had an excellent experience with this dealership and Nick Nicholas, the "internet or fleet" manager. We had sent emails to the dealerships in the greater Phoenix area, as well as the Tuc dealership and Nick Nicholas, the "internet or fleet" manager. After reviewing the various offers, and speaking with representatives, we found the offer from Chapman Hyundai Phoenix to be the best. It included delivery to our door (we are about 100 miles away) by Nick Nicholas, himself. Everything was just as Nick promised. He had found the model we were looking for, the interior and exterior color, the packages (no more, no less). Just what we agreed upon. Nick spent an hour with us that Saturday morning reviewing the car's features and going over the nuances of the electronics. Simply a great buying experience. I bought my 2010 Elantra from these people, and I continue to bring it back there for servicing. I have had nothing but fantastic service. It's been 2 years and I haven't had to pay for anything yet, everything they've fixed or replaced has so far been under warranty. The last time I went, Norm, who is awesome and I choose him every time I go, gave me a detailed sheet on the areas that will need to be worked on in my next few visits because I'm coming up on a milage where certain items should be replaced or flushed, like transmission and my wipers. He even gave me the total cost of everything so I can prepare, and I was surprised on how affordable it was! Norm always remembers my name, gets everything done in an extremely timely manner, talks to me one on one about everything that's going on in easy to understand language, and makes sure my car gets washed every time. The free car wash is just icing on the cake, I love this dealership, they have really treated me the best out of all my experiences! More
I purchased a new Sonata here, and signed papers stating the car had 25 miles on it. I picked up the car in the evening near closing time, so I did not check the odometer. When I was about 3 blocks away, I noticed there were 150 miles on the car and McDonald's wrappers in the center console. When I called to complain, they asked if I wanted to bring the car back and made it clear they thought I was making a big deal out of nothing. They told me that salesmen use the cars to go to lunch (?!) and that the miles probably came from bringing the car from another dealership. I asked which dealership the car came from, and the one they named was @10 miles away. When I asked why they did not update the paperwork they gave me, they had no answer. They offered a free oil change as compensation. The service was worse than the buying experience. My car died 3 days after 15k service. Their response "we can't predict your battery is going to fail in the future"! More

If car dealers just would treat customers fairly and offer them a great product at a fair price then they would sell many more cars. The dealers would also have many more return customers returning to the dealership. This should apply to all the products they sell but the supply and demand and greed comes into play. If they are selling alot of a certain model of car, then they stop charging you a fair price for that model. Dealerships take advantage of customers in this way. At Chapman i believe they try to limit this technique. We received a fair price on the elantra even though it is in (high demand) at this time. The staff at Chapman was great. I would like to thank Sam in internet sales and Marcus in finance. We would purchase from Chapman again. More

I am very dissatisfied my car has been shifting hard and docent down shift correctly when driving up hills. My car was brought in a few weeks ago and they reset the computer. And we were told that if the problem happened again they would replace the part. The next time I went out of town it had the same problem. So we took the car back to have the part replaced under my warranty. And we were told because you couldn't get it to do it then you wouldn't replace the part. I am a very busy person and need my car to be dependable. And don't understand why you didn't replace the part as promised. We are going out of town again this weekend. Driving from casa grande to pinetop and now have to hope to not have the problem again. I'm sure there has to be some kind of test you can run to find the problem. More
I purchased a new (2012 Hyundai Sonata in a deep indigo blue). It's a beautiful car and performs exceptionally well on the open road and on city streets. In the three days that I've driven it I covered 125 miles in the city and on the highways. Today, I will be driving another 150 miles on the cities highways, and all that on the same tank of gas.
