Cost increased rapidly after they had my truck. Their estimates don't mean anything, the cost increased rapidly after having my vehicle in their possession. Other customers had their vehicles vacuumed out, mine was not. I told the service rep i broke the guide rails on my sunroof and ask if he could get me a cost to fix it. I was charged 149.95 for the mechanic to say you broke a guide rail $2500 to replace the whole unit (rail replacements are online for 127.00) $500 estimate for 8 sparkplugs and a new belt. Final bill was 1332.55 $8xx.xx for the spark plugs, and the belt. $3xx.xx 2 pulley's $149.95 to give me a price for the sunroof. More

I’m so mad I won’t go into detail but I rue the day I brought my car here. I just brought my car and it didn’t know the headlight settings so I ran my battery down. Thinking I might had a bad battery I had it checked out at my local Auto Zone. The battery was good so I thought I had some kind of shortage so I took it to Chapman Volkswagen and I ended with a new battery, new spark plugs, and a passenger door wire harness. In reality all I need was a battery charge. And I may or may not gotten the spark plugs and harness. That how much I mistrust them. More

Told something different I needed a loaner car so you guys hooked me up with Hertz. When my car was done the guy in the service center said I could bring it back on Saturday s I needed a loaner car so you guys hooked me up with Hertz. When my car was done the guy in the service center said I could bring it back on Saturday since I got done work late Friday and I wouldn’t be charged anything extra. Saturday I bring rental back and get charged $36. Thanks More

The technician who worked on my car made sure everything was taken care of before I left ford Chapman . My car drives awesome like the day I bought it. He recommended air cabin filter alignment and put on a new tire and inspection thank u for making me safe and for my family as well. I'm a regular I have been coming to Chapman VW for the "lifespan" of my 2008 Jetta, and for much of the "lifespan of my 2004 Jetta before that.
