However, when he looked at my face he said, "What brings you in today?" My response to him, you thought I was a man, his response you had a cap on. Unacceptable, he chose not to correct himself. I brought it to his attention again to check my car in and to sign the paperwork he refused to correct himself, because I brought it up again. Finally, when my car was serviced, he asked me how was his service will I give him a 5 point on the survey? I said after you call me a man. He said can I bribe you for the 5 points? I said no, that not right. He gave me his business card and wrote "Free oil change next visit " he sign his name. I told him I will hold him to his word. The point is he should have immediately corrected himself. That's all was needed. Thank you for reaching out. Then I received a telephone call at 11:14am and James Melnick left a message apologizing, Then I reached back out to him to listen, I accepted his apologies, however, it should have been immediately corrected. More
