Bad, taken advantage of, inefficient Brought my car in for a 80000 mile factory service as suggested on their website - booked online. On arrival there IS NO 80000 mile service offered - Brought my car in for a 80000 mile factory service as suggested on their website - booked online. On arrival there IS NO 80000 mile service offered - it's 60 or 90K - weird. The service was shown as around $300 and I knew there would be other things so estimated $1000. Nope - they kept my car overnight (not mentioned until 4pm that day), quietly mentioned they were going to change sparks plugs + boots, rotors, brakes - no estimates given. The rear seat belt was not working - had to get it fixed - they did quote to take a look would be $400 (xxx?) + $220 if a new assembly was needed. The bill came to over $1900. Not going back - not impressed, "customer requested" services were added that were never my idea and just feel ripped off. You've lost a customer for life. More

It was completely BLANK. No tread depth, no brake lining depth, was the Trans fluid xx'd, was the windshield washer fluid xx'd… No idea, not even a mark on the report. Went back in and I was told, "Oh car is fine, service tech would have said something". That may be true but I personally want to know Tire Tread, Brake Lining Depths.... and all other service was xx'd and done. More
Great Service The gentleman that took my SUV for service was always updating me on the progress. For the inspection and checking the tires, oil change said it would take about 2 hrs, and about 200.00. Almost 8 hrs later and almost $1500.00 the car was done. I probably will never wait again but you never no. My SUV is 02 and doesn’t owe me a thing. I think it is so because I have always taken it here! More

Early in and out. I had an appointment for Tuesday the 16th. I came in Monday, to see if they could get me in earlier, Jim Melnick explained that he couldn't get me in, I had an appointment for Tuesday the 16th. I found Jim to be very friendly, and committed to being helpful. Every thing went well and I was happy to get out quickly If I have a complaint, it was the price, $ 210.00 for a key, and programing.The day after, I received two text messages, asking if I was satisfied, and a call from an Allentown exchange, and I girl asked me about my .account, and when I asked her a couple of questions, she got frustrated because she couldn't answer them, and just hung up on me. The work and demeanor of Jim were great, all the extra text, and phone calls were a headache..Richard... More
