This year, however, I decided to buy a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid because of its outstanding reviews, promise of high quality in an American-badge luxury ca This year, however, I decided to buy a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid because of its outstanding reviews, promise of high quality in an American-badge luxury car and demonstrated excellent fuel efficiency. I did extensive research on the cost of the car, the features I desired and the service record of dealers in my area in Northeast Philadelphia. Chapman gave me a great price on the car (I ordered it rather than buying it off the lot), which met or beat the best prices I was quoted on several internet services or by other regional Lincoln dealers. From the first step into the dealership, I was treated courteously and in a genuinely friendly manner. Marty Fabian, my salesman, was attentive, engaging and helpful in getting the deal done. Everything was straightforward and aboveboard. No game-playing of any type occurred. The business people were equally great. I would just like to share my experience with a recent purchase at Chapman Auto Group. I aggressively shopped around in person, by phone and the internet. I was very pleased once I came upon the Chapman G purchase at Chapman Auto Group. I aggressively shopped around in person, by phone and the internet. I was very pleased once I came upon the Chapman Group. I initially made contact by phone and was transferred to Bob Sock. I gave Bob all my requirements and the specific deal I was looking for since I been at this for sometime now. Bob was very prompt with getting back to me with the information I needed. So I thought this maybe what I was looking for and set out to visit the dealership thinking as in the past once I arrive the deal has so many exceptions and fine print that it is nothing as I was lead to believe. There were no "by-the-ways" or hidden costs in the deal. I have not been fortunate enough to have this great experience with other dealerships. Well to my surprise the deal was spot on and as I said it was a very good deal one that no other dealer within 25 miles could match. I knew there was very little margin in this deal for Bob but I have to say that did not change anything. He was the best salesperson I had come across during my car search. He was very professional, and more than willing to answer all my questions. He looked at many different options to see that I was satisfied. This commitment and determination to service the customer was evident throughout their organization. It was no different once I was engaged with Bob's manager John Cifaldi, it seems to me everyone at this dealership shared the same vision.
