The salesman was a very nice person. In speaking with with him, we found out he was only in his second month of sales. He was "raw" but he was very excited to be selling vehicles. I bought a 1995 Ford Mustang from Chapman in 1996, the Mustang was a '95 left over, it took the better part of the day to complete the deal! I credit the quick response and and prfessional service to Paula in the Internet Dept. and Hank Becker in sales. I made my quote request and credit app. on the internet made a appointment next day at 9am the next day, when I got there everything was approved and Paula turned me over to Hank Becker in sales and I was driving my Focus down Roosevelt Blvd before noon. It was the greatest experience I've ever had buying a new car! My thanks goes out to Paula and Hank and Chapman for hiring such professinal people! More
My husband and I went to Chapman Ford just to look around and get some prices to see what we could afford. We were greeted by Robert Masusock "Bobby Sock" who made us feel right at home, he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with our search. When we found the SUV we liked, Bobby and the team at Chapman Ford made it possible for us, which seemed impossible, to go home with our 2009 Ford Edge at a great price. We would highly recommend our outstanding all around service that we received to anyone. We would like to thank Bobby and the team for everything they did and we LOVE our 2009 Ford Edge! More

I was recommended Chapman by a relative of mine and I was easily impressed. I was introduced to Mike Foster right away, and he took me to the lot and showed me exactly what I wanted/needed. After the initial offer of MSRP and far below trade in value, the folks at Chapmap Ford came in right where I wanted for price and trade in on my car. This dealership (Chapman) recently acquired VW models from another dealership that had to close their doors for business (Northeast Auto Outlet) and as a result, I do not believe the sales staff had an o from another dealership that had to close their doors for business (Northeast Auto Outlet) and as a result, I do not believe the sales staff had an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the functionality of the particular VW model I purchased. Fortunately, a very friendly & helpful gentleman in the service department was available to show my salesman how to operate certain features of my new vehicle. I love my car and I am very pleased with the customer service that Hank Becker provided & how he went above and beyond to satisfy my needs in securing my business. My only complaint and/or observation were that the majority of dealership's staff were not very welcoming or friendly almost as if we were not acceptable customers for their dealership. My husband & I tried not to take it personally assuming it was perhaps a bad day for everyone until we had to return on separate occasions to encounter the same cold/dismissive environment feeling that they only tolerated our presence/business to capitalize on the sale. Perhaps just their personalities, but we didn't particularly care for how it made us feel or the impression we have overall going forward. Again, Hank Becker & the kind gentleman in the service department were exceptional in providing outstanding customer service & appreciation for my business. More
