On April 13th 2013 chapman ford held a Pre-Owned sales event from 9am to 6pm. I arrived at 9:30am for the sale and asked about "Pre-Owned" truck's and suv's, after looking at acouple it seemed like the sa event from 9am to 6pm. Out of 400 cars they only showed me 2 and when we went back inside to see the price on 1 car that didnt have a price sticker on it, they came to me said thanks for coming out and happy hunting, then showed me the door! They were terrible, as a manager and a sales rep! My father has bought trucks from here his whole life, and that put a bad taste in his mouth! They may have showed me the door but they won't have the chance to see my friends and family ever go there again. as John Cifaldi said "Happy Hunting" More
Well. Our sales person was nice enough but the price we were quoted was $3000 over what we paid the next day for the same exact car. Sorry but that is unaceptable and in my opinion, dishonest. Its too easy these days to find the correct price on the internet. And for a dealer to think they could still take advantage of people in today's world is obnoxious and downright stupid. So if you can afford to give away $ go see this dealer. We chose to take our business elsewhere. More

I came in today to look at a used 2010 GTI. Tony greeted me right away and within minutes was ready to go for a test drive. He was vey courteous and was not aggressive in selling the GTI. Phil and Jim were extremely professional, positive, friendly and helpful when we bought our new Explorer. We came to them in a difficult situation. Our 2007 Freestyle had a leaky sunroof - which cont friendly and helpful when we bought our new Explorer. We came to them in a difficult situation. Our 2007 Freestyle had a leaky sunroof - which continued to leak despite at least 3 attempts to fix it at another dealership who assured us that it was fixed and would no longer leak. As a result the car became full of mold to the point of being undriveable. Rather than contact a "lemon" lawyer, we chose to trade-in and get a new vehicle . Jim went above and beyond to ensure that we got top dollar for our Freestyle, in locating a new vehicle that met our needs and tastes, and offering us the lowest price that he possibly could. Phil was always there answering our questions, taking us all the way through delivery of our Explorer. He explained all the features of our new car and set up some of the MyFord Touch and Sync systems. The whole process took several hours during which Jim and Phil bent over backwards to meet our needs. Jim's and Phil's professionalism and excellent customer service are the reason we decided to stick with Ford. More
Every time I go in for service, I'm in there for 4+ hours, last time I was in there for just an oil change and tire rotation and was there for 6 hours!!! I got there today at 8 am to have my ac system hours, last time I was in there for just an oil change and tire rotation and was there for 6 hours!!! I got there today at 8 am to have my ac system checked, was told it would be a while, which I understood. Was told around 9:30 that it needed a part that should arrive around noon, ok, no problem. I saw the guy bring the parts in around 1... They tell me at 4 pm that the wrong part was brought, so in other words, my car sat back there from 1 to 4 when they just got to it and realized that it was the wrong part!! I'm done with Chapman! More
