Was very pleased how they took my truck on time and wrote up the paperwork. Didn't like how they had my truck since 830am and did not have it Diagnosed when I called around 3PM and know one was answering up the paperwork. When I was deciding on where to purchase a good used car to replace the old one, I considered other dealers but kept foremost in mind the 10-plus year When I was deciding on where to purchase a good used car to replace the old one, I considered other dealers but kept foremost in mind the 10-plus years I got out of the used 2007 Ford Fusion I purchased a decade ago at Chapman Ford. I went back to Jim Stevenson, who sold me the Fusion, and was again impressed by his knowledge and experience. He navigated me through the process and we found a nice 2017 Ford Focus with which I am very satisfied. His assistant, Kirstie Maier, was gracious and competent as she guided me through the sale process and found an appropriate warranty to extend my coverage. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More
