I haven’t experienced a problem with Chapman Ford in the past. Today I woke up to a flat tire. I thought ok, I’ll take it to Chapman Ford and have it fixed. I went in at 11:30 a.m. Did I mention their repai past. Today I woke up to a flat tire. I thought ok, I’ll take it to Chapman Ford and have it fixed. I went in at 11:30 a.m. Did I mention their repair people go to lunch for 1 hr @ 12 by contract from their union? So there’s NOTHING WORKED ON FOR 1 hr during THEIR lunch time. That means 1 hr of your time sitting on THEIR LUNCHTIME while YOUR PRECIOUS TIME is waiting for them to finish their lunch and your repairs. Finally left after waiting 2 hrs and 15 minutes! SMH More

Finally, an honest auto dealership. Top notch salesmen, great prices, excellent customer service. No hassles, gave 4% under dealer price on my new 2022 Ford Maverick. Guys the experience couldn't be any better. Ed and his team had me in and out of there. NO xx. Most importantly what he quoted was to the cent!! When I got there Charles Corbett had all the paperwork r team had me in and out of there. NO xx. Most importantly what he quoted was to the cent!!
