Winklc, Chapman Chrysler Jeep would like to again apologize for the miscommunication that arose from you visiting the 3rd party website that does not cover all items and labor on the OEM extended service plan that you were looking at. The $2,300.00 cost is for the lifetime added care, and what you were offered by our finance officer was a lifetime maximum care, this provides a big difference in coverage. We stand by the time frame that we allot to decide on the warranty, as it is financed & we have to finalize paperwork with the lienholder in a timely fashion. An unexpected increase in business during the holidays and insufficient adjustments combined with employee vacations caused us to delay providing the status updates you deserved. A malfunctioning AC recovery machine also added to the delay. I appreciate you informing us of the deficiency and will use this as a learning experience when anticipating similar situations in the future.
