Just look at how backed up the service department is Service department is the worst in town. No communication, no commitment, no customer service, the only response "we'll let you know when we get to it Service department is the worst in town. When you look for a car, look at the service department first. That will indicate what your end user experience will likely be.. I would NEVER do business with this group again. Not fully honest. I have bought new cars several times in my life and this is my first double whammy when it comes to trust and integrity. Several months ago I order I have bought new cars several times in my life and this is my first double whammy when it comes to trust and integrity. Several months ago I ordered a new Jeep. I have never ordered a vehicle before. I decided to go with Chapman because they have treated me well in the past, even though the deal looked much better at other dealerships. While waiting patiently for the job to be complete, my salesman made a post on social media that was very derogatory to my wife and many family members. While expression of personal opinion should not be an issue, he has a role as ad hoc Wrangler emissary for Chapman and his audience being mostly past or potential future customers of Chapman. While I do not believe it is official, he acts a PR rep for Chapman. I felt a company that allowed this divisive and hateful behavior this was not the sort of company I wanted to deal with. After a long chat with the GM I decided to go forward with the deal but with a new sales rep. Then the Jeep came in and I was ready to take this beauty home. They knew it. I expected a lower trade in. What I did not expect was that the low trade in was lower than what they said they were giving me. Even when it was discussed they claimed I would be good. The document preparation went very well, but the numbers seemed wrong and I even mentioned that the way they were presented (being presented in a much different manner than on the showroom floor). I knew something didn’t appear right, but I was tired and excused it away in my mind. My bad. I trusted that they would continue to treat me right, especially since I asked about it several times. Horrible horrible mistake on my part. It was not until the next morning that I realized why the numbers were different and that even though I specifically asked about it. I clearly asked a question and clearly answered that my assumptions were correct. When I approached the salesperson on this, they claimed they “would never do that”, that I misunderstood, or that they misunderstood my question (although it was very very clear). Net result is that there are 4 other dealerships in town and I am extremely confident that I could have made a better deal at any one of them. The result is that I feel this Chapman dealership violated my trust in many ways, not only in working up the deal but as not having public facing sales people that present a positive image to the community. More

The only negative issue I had was that the price listed on the internet was not the price of the vehicle...stating that the vehicle was not yet even released for sale (really?). Even after the vehicle was released for sale the price on the internet was still incorrect. The experience would have been less stressful if the pricing had been corrected after I pointed out the discrepancy and asked for it to be corrected. I guess below reality pricing gets the inquiries started. More
