My dream car I was really stressed about buying a Jeep because I didn’t want to be taken advantage of being a girl. I researched everything online before visiting a dealership. Chris got me on the phone and said enough to make me pay him a visit. He beat a private broker’s price and a friend’s referral’s price. There was a little mis communication at the end but when I expressed my concerns, managers and other departments made up for the frustrating parts. Overall everyone was great and most importantly I LOVE my Wrangler more than I dreamed loving it. I’d go back to Chapman in Henderson should I ever want another Jeep. More

Great job Vince Vince Thompson is a outstanding service writer. He is a pleasure to work with. The service department is a very busy place and appointments are sometimes very coveted. Vince diagnosed my vans starting problem, replaced the start button. He also found an AC problem that was repaired before it failed. He performed other repairs that were previously diagnosed, oil leak, heater hoses and engine/trans mounts. He repaired them all in a timely manner. Some repairs are troublesome to resolve: i.e. tire sensor problem that does not show a fault at the shop. Vince works very hard to do the right thing and keeps his customers in mind. Vince ,sometimes,has to contend with issues out of his control . I've been requesting him since my cars were new. He is very knowledgeable ,courteous and professional. The Chapman service department and Vince are some of the reasons for our continued patronage of Chapman Chrysler More
