Outstanding Customer Service! I was in the market for a new vehicle for a few months. Having a used Saab, that I still owed quite a bit on, made it very difficult to find a cost ef I was in the market for a new vehicle for a few months. Having a used Saab, that I still owed quite a bit on, made it very difficult to find a cost effective deal. I had already been to several dealerships, Nissan, Bill Luke to name a few and was unable to get a trade-in value I was satisfied with. I was referred to Chapman Chevy from a co-worker who is now on her 4th vehicle purchase from Chapman. I received a call from Keith Darden (Internet Sales Manager) shortly after my on-line inquiry and submission. He understood my situation and what I was interested in and found a great deal for me! Keith was able to get me into a 2015 Chevy Malibu as well as amazing rebates. I received much more for my trade-in that I ever expected! Dan the Finance Manager was a joy to work with, he had me laughing the entire time I filled out my paperwork. The entire staff at Chapman Chevy in Tempe are friendly, professional and made my experience very pleasant. I will definitely be referring family and friends to this location. More

Major Disappointment Went to pick-up new truck from Chapman Collision Center - Truck was in the shop for 22 days for minor repair work. Vehicle came out very dirty, missi Went to pick-up new truck from Chapman Collision Center - Truck was in the shop for 22 days for minor repair work. Vehicle came out very dirty, missing bug shield, and didn't make it out of the parking lot due to hood latch sensor going off. Keep in mind their service rep. brought the vehicle to me for pick-up in this condition. They kept the vehicle to correct, I received the truck at home only to open the engine hood to find a filthy engine compartment. Later found overspray on door panel and the list goes on! Met Tom the Director of Collision Centers for Chapman on site and shared my problems and concerns. To date have not heard from him or someone from his office concerning the extremely poor workmanship and service. I passed other Chevy Dealerships on my 50 mile drive to do business with them concerning a $50,000 vehicle, what a mistake on my part. More

William still showed us and explained to us the truck's features and benefits, options, and yet did not push our timeline. Very comfortable atmosphere to look for a vehicle in. We were fortunate to work with William Van Skyhock as our agent. Met the management staff on the way out on our first visit. They were pleasant and yet again, didn't push our timeline. We returned when we were ready, Chapman put together a very good deal for us, met other management and finance people, overall, I'd recommend them and in fact, when it comes time for some other family members to consider buying a car or truck, I'd like to direct them to Chapman and certainly to William.
