Emily (who was very professional and truly listened to what we were looking for) took my husband's call and referred us to Jordan who was such a great guy. When we came in Jordan already had the 2 trucks we were buying out and ready for us to check out. In the end after going over several things with Jordan we purchased both trucks and never once felt pressured or unheard. After that we finished up financing with Paul who was just the most kind and friendly guy ever. Paul spoke very highly of his boss (Mr. Chapman himself) and co-workers and that says a ton in this day and age! Our salesman was Jordan Smith, who set the tone for the dealership as he fostered a respectful and professional atmosphere. He showed me exactly what I wanted to see and didn't try to sell me on something else. Furthermore, he gave us all the time we needed to consider our options and make our decision. Jordan was not trying to push a different deal, but instead let us decide what we wanted. Moreover, he was straightforward with the pricing and showed us the rundown of all the costs, including the invoice. There were no questions we asked that he tried to maneuver. We knew that we were buying from the right people. When you're buying a car, there's an understanding that both sides have something to gain, I felt that Jordan was very fair, and very truthful. We visited many dealerships during our truck hunt and Jordan set himself head and shoulders above the other salesmen by his straightforward sense of professionalism and the way he treated us with respect.
