IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN $206 IMO. I was parked in line for 1/2 hour waiting for someone to help me. I finally got out of my vehicle and went inside and finally got help. No one told me I had to go inside. I saw several service writers come help me. I finally got out of my vehicle and went inside and finally got help. No one told me I had to go inside. I saw several service writers come out and help people so I just thought you wanted me to wait in my car. You need a sign that says what to do!!! More
Our elderly parents went to Chapman gmc to get their air conditioner fixed and were told it would be a couple of days. After they got home they started getting calls with all that was wrong with the car to conditioner fixed and were told it would be a couple of days. After they got home they started getting calls with all that was wrong with the car to include even getting the tires rotated, they declined all of that and told them they just wanted the air conditioner fixed. Next they got a call telling them the car wouldn’t start and it needed an ignition switch which had to be ordered. A couple of days they went in to ask what was taking so long and that’s when the excuses started by a manager. He even went so far as to tell them that they had been asking the wrong questions. After all this it still took most of a day getting the car programmed. All this time our parents were renting a car. We would be hard pressed to let this dealership put air in our tires. They are weighing their options. More
