This is the 3rd BMW I've had built to order, 1st w/ Craig & Chapman on Camelback. I would definitely use Craig again. He was totally on top of things & informed me of each step of the build. I was at the dealership when the truck carrying my car arrived, which was quite special. The X5 turned out to be the right call for my needs, but initially I looked at other models. Craig was helpful, patient and not pushy whatsoever. He was great w/ the details which helped me make the right decision. The whole team was fantastic, especially Artin & Steven the Genius. Overall, my best BMW experience ever! More
